How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders above the threshold shown at checkout; below that a small flat rate applies. Express and next-day options are available for an additional fee, calculated by weight and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Any duties or taxes for orders outside your region are either calculated at checkout or collected by the courier on delivery, depending on the destination.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link so you can follow it from our warehouse right to your door.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped yet, contact our support team and we will update the address. Once it is with the courier we can no longer change it, but you can usually redirect it via the courier's tracking page.
