Accepted payment methods and billing questions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. In selected countries you can also pay with Klarna or by bank transfer at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Every payment runs over an encrypted (TLS) connection through a PCI-DSS-compliant provider. We never see or store your full card number, and card payments are protected by 3-D Secure.
When is my card charged?
We authorise your card when you place the order and capture the payment when it ships. For pre-orders you are only charged once the item is dispatched.
Can I pay in installments?
Where Klarna is available you can split your purchase into interest-free installments or pay 30 days later. The options you qualify for are shown at checkout.
Why was my payment declined?
The most common reasons are insufficient funds, an incorrect billing address, or your bank blocking an unfamiliar merchant. Check your details or contact your bank and try again - no order is created for a declined payment.
Do you store my card details?
No. Card data is tokenised by our payment provider; we only keep a secure token so you can check out faster next time, never the card number itself.
How do you keep my payment information secure?
All payments are encrypted and processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant provider, and we never store your card number. This guide explains our security measures in detail.
