Can I reuse one answer across my store?
Yes. Manage an answer once, then reuse it in the FAQ hub, topic pages, product and category FAQs, and CMS widgets. Updates to the source answer flow through to those placements.
Does Advanced FAQ work with Luma and Hyvä?
The core includes a Luma storefront. The optional Hyvä module provides Hyvä templates for the FAQ hub, topics, detailed answers, product and category placements. This demo lets you compare both storefronts.
How do product and category FAQs work?
Assign FAQ items directly to a product, or attach them to a category for shared guidance. Products inherit relevant category answers. An optional rule module automates product assignment using catalog conditions.
What search and reporting features are available?
The core includes MySQL FAQ search. The optional OpenSearch module adds prefix matching and background indexing. Search Insights records search phrases and result counts so editors can spot unanswered questions.
Can I translate FAQs for different store views?
Yes. Store-view overrides support localised questions, short and long answers, visibility, metadata and detail URL keys. Content falls back to shared defaults when an override is absent.
Can a headless storefront use the FAQ content?
Yes. Optional REST and GraphQL modules expose active topics, topic FAQs, and contextual answers for products and categories. Public responses respect the current store view and content visibility.
Does the module include AI answer generation?
AI drafting is an optional add-on. With Advanced FAQ AI and a configured AI provider, editors can generate an editable draft from a question, review it, and save the final answer in Magento admin.
What does Advanced FAQ provide for content discoverability?
Optional detail pages, canonical URLs, breadcrumbs, sitemap inclusion and configurable FAQPage JSON-LD give your answers a clear structure. Rich answers support WYSIWYG content, CMS directives and PageBuilder.
