Most of our watches are water resistant to 30–100 metres. The exact rating is printed on the case back and listed in the product specifications. A 30 m rating handles splashes and rain; for swimming or showering, choose a watch rated 100 m or more.
What warranty comes with a watch?
Every watch includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering movement and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover the battery, strap wear, or damage from misuse. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
How do I resize or change the strap?
Metal bracelets can be sized by any watch shop, or with our link-removal tool. Leather and silicone straps use standard spring bars, so you can swap them yourself in a couple of minutes. Check the lug width (printed on the strap) before ordering a replacement.
How long does the battery last?
A quartz watch battery typically lasts 2–3 years. Automatic (self-winding) watches have no battery and run as long as they are worn regularly or kept on a winder.
