Will a 15" or 16" laptop fit in your backpacks?
Our backpacks and messenger bags list a padded-sleeve size on each product page. Most fit a 15" laptop comfortably; larger commuter and travel packs fit 16"–17". Check the "laptop sleeve" spec before ordering.
What are the bags made from, and are they water-resistant?
Bags use durable ripstop nylon or coated canvas with water-resistant zippers on most travel styles. They shrug off light rain; for heavy downpours we include or recommend a rain cover on the relevant products.
How do I clean a bag?
Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air-dry — do not machine wash or tumble dry, which can damage coatings and hardware. For canvas, a soft brush lifts most surface dirt.
